Online Utility Payments
The City of Friend is happy to announce the new online payment option for utility bills
From the Home Page, go to the Quicklinks and click the Online Utility Payment button, Or click HERE
Then follow the prompts. You will need your account number (use only the first group of numbers, before the first dash) and email address.
Your account number is the first digits. Example: 691-4-229. you would use the 691 as account number.
