ACH Authorization- Utility Bill Payments
City of Friend offers Automatic Clearing House (ACH) setup for automatic monthly payment of utility bills. Payments are withdrawn from customer bank accounts on approximately the 26th of each month. To opt in to this service, please return this form with a voided check to City Hall.
